Restoration

Initially we would make arrangements to view your car, and this can be either be at the workshop or a home visit
We can follow this visit with a written estimate* of costs, if requested
We can arrange for covered trailer transportation, if required
Once at the workshop we will strip the vehicle as required, label and box all parts and store securely
Carry out the agreed work, taking a photographic record, if requested
Additional work that comes to our attention is discussed with you the customer and decisions made as to the correct course of action
Our dedicated paint shop can carry out full or part re-sprays as required
At the time of re-fitment we can reuse your original items or fit new items, if requested
Dependent on the work carried out, we can also attend a rolling road session for you, carry out a full four wheel alignment, and even put the vehicle through an MOT
You are then welcome to collect the car and drive home, or we can return the car in our trailer

Schedule of works

Time required for your part or full restoration would be dependent on the work that you require but you may need to think in the realms of six to twelve months

Payments for work

We work on an initial deposit against estimated labour and parts, followed by staged payments

Left - Initial inspections being carried out to check the full extent of the work required

Right - Stripping of the vehicle underway, parts being boxed for later storage

Tub and bulkhead after baking to remove all the original paint allows us to see the repairs required to these items

For ease of transportation we took the rolling chassis to our paint shop and fitted the bulkhead and rear tub onto it, then returning to our workshops for proper fitment
