A series of events are primarily intended for period E and F Grand Touring cars of limited performance running to period FIA homologated specification as per FIA Appendix K regulations. Additional period modications may be accepted providing any such modications are declared to and are agreed by the organising committee.

Equipe GTS do not hold any form of championship and there will be no end of season overall winner or champion. It is the intention of the organisers to create a friendly, gentlemanly and non-aggressive series of good value events for high profile cars with competent drivers. Therefore, a high standard of both car presentation and driver's behaviour both on and off the track is both expected and demanded.

The series has attracted some beautiful cars to race including no less than five ex-works MG cars including an ex-Le Mans and ex-Sebring MGBs and a 'Jacobs' style MG Midget, both ex-works Le Mans Sunbeam Alpines, and one of the three ex Le mans Triumph Spitfires, plus several superb sports cars with genuine 1960's racing history.
