NEW - Steering rack pinions

To enable the build of a quick rack, steering rack

We can supply the quick rack pinion in two options:-

Option 1 - supply only so that you can build your own rack £80 plus P&P, or

Option 2 - a fully built, ready to fit, rack on an exchange basis

A new product now available to aid with the fitment of alloy wheels, giving a lot more thread inside your wheel nuts.  They are 14mm longer than standard length studs and manufactured from EN34 with rolled threads

Rocker Arms

Suitable for all over head valve Triumphs

(Spitfire & GT6, Herald & Vitesse, TR5 & TR6, 2000/2500,

Dolomite 1300 & 1500 also Midget 1500)

    

CNC machined from EN40T billet steel rocker arms.  Heat treated and hand finished with a 1.5 lift ratio.

 

We have trialled these rocker arms ourselves for the last two years giving fantastic results with the extra lift from the 1.5 ratio and the added advantage of less weight on the valve train.  These are suitable for use in Historic Motorsport where the aluminium roller rockers are not allowed.

 

Available in various options:-

A) Rocker arms - supply only - outright purchase

for you to build up with your own pedestals, springs and spacers. 

NOTE - dependent on the condition of your existing rocker shaft you may require a replacement

B) Rocker arms & matched rocker shaft - supply only - outright purchase

Adjustable Rear Radius Arms, pair

for the Spitfire Mk1, 2, 3, 4 and 1500 models

made from solid rod which is machined and threaded to tolerance, with left hand and right hand threaded portion, centred with a left hand/right hand adjuster complete with lock nuts.

Spitfire Rear Adjustable Radius ArmsTo ease the enablement of the adjustment of the rear toe when aligning your car, more infinitely adjustable than just shims especially if the heel board of the car has been repaired.

Will accept standard rubber road bushes or up-rated Polybush units in both red or blue

Dolomite Anti Roll Bar Link End

pair of NEW Dolomite anti roll bar link endswe are pleased to announce that we now have available the Dolomite Anti Roll Bar link end.  Made exclusively for us by Polybush.

 

When these anti roll bar links were Original well used, in need of replacement, anti roll bar link endlast available they were made in standard black rubber.  These newly made units are fitted with the orange polyurethane centres, to match the Dolomite Suspension bush set also made by Polybush.  These are ready to fit.

Rear Rotoflex Damper Conversion Kit

to convert the MkII Vitesse or the MkII and MkIII Rotoflex GT6 to take the shorted style damper.  By removing the lever arm damper from the Vitesse, as these are now getting harder to source and recondition, and in the case of the GT6 saving you from having to go to extraordinary lengths to repair the wheel arches where the original damper mounted, and source replacement damper units, once again getting harder to find.
